I’m the owner and lead artist of Laura Amaya Beauty, a Salvadorean-Canadian now happily living in Buffalo, New York. I married a wonderful man from Buffalo, who brought me to the U.S., and together we’ve built a life full of love, family, and beautiful moments.

Beauty has always been a part of my life. Growing up, I loved watching my mom get ready for a night out — the way she primped her hair, applied makeup, and radiated confidence always mesmerized me. That early fascination blossomed into a passion, and after college, I decided to pursue makeup professionally. I enrolled in a part-time makeup and airbrush program in Toronto, where I gained the confidence and skills to become the artist I am today.

For the past 15 years, I’ve been incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients, talented teams, and mentors who have shaped my artistry. I’ve collaborated with Blushpretty, The Beauty Team, Beauty Haus Collective, and brands including Bobbi Brown, Estée Lauder, La Mer, Revlon, Fisher Price, and New Era. Most recently, I was part of the Makeup and Hair artistry team for The Shopping Channel, where I had the joy of working with so many incredible TV personalities.

I’m a hopeless romantic at heart, and I absolutely adore weddings — there’s nothing I would rather do than make brides feel radiant, confident, and effortlessly beautiful on one of the most important days of their lives. My goal as your Bridal Beauty Pro is simple: to collaborate with you to create a look that reflects your unique style and personality.
